Inviting a paralegal or co-counsel

The Practice plan includes 5 seats; Solo, Starter, and Free are single-seat. Seats are shared across roles (each member or pending invite uses one seat). To invite:

1. Open Settings → Team & seats.
2. Enter their email, choose a role (Attorney or Paralegal), and click Invite.
3. They get a one-click acceptance link, valid for 14 days.

Attorneys have full access. Paralegals can view and edit matters and documents, but cannot create, close, or delete matters, and cannot view the firm activity log.
