Inviting a paralegal or co-counsel

Free, Starter, and Solo are single-seat plans, and public self-serve plans are currently for solo practitioners — email support@draftiro.com if your firm needs more seats. On a multi-seat plan, seats are shared across roles (each member or pending invite uses one seat). To invite:

1. Open Settings → Team & seats.
2. Enter their email, choose a role (Attorney or Paralegal), and click Invite.
3. They get a one-click acceptance link, valid for 14 days.

Attorneys have full access. Paralegals can view and edit matters and documents, but cannot create, close, or archive matters, and cannot view the firm activity log.
