Getting started with Draftiro in 10 minutes

A first-run checklist that gets you from signup to your first AI-drafted document.

  1. Create your account. Sign up with Google or email + password. You start on the Free plan.
  2. Complete the onboarding wizard. Enter your firm name, bar number, and bar state. These are used for engagement letters and conflict checks.
  3. Create your first case. Click "New case" in the sidebar. Only the matter name is required; add the client and opposing counsel to get an automatic conflict check.
  4. Upload a document. Drag a PDF, DOCX, or text file into the case. Draftiro extracts the text (and OCRs scanned PDFs) so it's searchable.
  5. Start your first AI chat. Ask anything: "Draft a motion to dismiss based on this complaint" or "Summarize this deposition by issue."
  6. Connect Outlook (optional). Open the Calendar panel → Connect Outlook to sync your calendar and classify inbox mail by matter.
