Export: Settings → Download my data produces a JSON archive of your matters, clients, documents (metadata), chat messages, drafts, calendar, collaborators, and activity log. Time entries export separately as CSV from a matter's Time panel. Supports ABA Rule 1.16(d) and GDPR Art. 20. (Uploaded file contents are downloaded per-document, not bundled into the JSON.)

Delete account: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account, with a type-to-confirm prompt. This files a deletion request; our team confirms and completes it after legal-hold and billing-wind-down checks, then emails you. It is not an instant automated purge — that's deliberate, so privileged data isn't destroyed by accident.

Pause subscription: use Billing → Pause subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal to pause or cancel your plan. Manage billing changes there.
