Non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
A contract protecting confidential information shared between parties.
A non-disclosure agreement (NDA), or confidentiality agreement, obligates one or both parties to keep designated information secret and to use it only for a defined purpose. NDAs may be unilateral (one party discloses) or mutual (both do), and typically address the definition of confidential information, exclusions, term, and remedies.
